As a native New Yorker, Susan relocated to Virginia Beach in 1991 after much hustle and bustle of working many years in Manhattan for Bank Executives and General Contractors she was ready for a lifestyle change.  Her first home purchase in September 1991 is what made Susan decide to become a Realtor.

Susan became licensed in 1994 and has been a team agent for Mr. Kempsville since.  She has extensive knowledge in all areas of the real estate transaction, whether it be working with buyers, sellers, investors or property management. Susan is always willing to go the extra mile while maintaining ethical and professional standards at all times.

 We all know that buying or selling a home is one of the biggest financial investments most people experience in their lifetime. Selling homes is MY PROFESSION, I take great pride in providing exceptional customer service to my clients, before, during and even after the deal is closed.  After all, earning the role of your life time Realtor is her mission. Susan married her high school sweetheart (Glenn) September 4,1988.  Together they have raised two wonderful children that they are both very proud of.  Tyler 16, is a junior at Tallwood High school where he plays centerfield for the varsity  baseball team.  Brittany 15, is a sophomore at Tallwood High School and a pitcher for the junior varsity softball team.  Susan and her husband  truly enjoy watching their children play ball.  Together as a family they enjoy watching sports, going to dinner, gardening or just relaxing with some family and friends.
